Services and Healing Sessions:

Client Responsibility:

2.1. Clients must provide accurate and truthful information regarding their health, medical history, and any pre-existing conditions that might affect their participation in the healing sessions.

2.2. Clients are responsible for seeking professional medical advice if they have any health concerns. Reiki and sound healing are complementary practices and should not be used as a substitute for medical treatment.

Bookings and Payments:

3.1. Healing sessions can be booked through our website or by contacting us directly.

3.2. Payment is due at the time of booking, and clients will receive a confirmation email once the payment is processed.

3.3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Clients may cancel or reschedule their healing sessions up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment without incurring any additional charges.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests within 48 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

In case of a no-show or failure to provide sufficient notice of cancellation, no refund will be provided.

4.2. Clients are also expected to respect the privacy of other participants in group healing sessions.

Limitation of Liability:

6.1. Clients voluntarily participate in our healing sessions and acknowledge that they assume all risks and responsibility for any outcomes related to their participation.
